That was my way of expressing my displeasure that the kid apparently is getting off scott-free. (I'm guessing he just got a warning to not do it again.)

Yes, he stopped spamming, but he apparently is paying no price for his egregious behavior. Young people tend to learn lessons better when there is a consequence to their actions.

If he doesnt do it again thats great, but if he does then report it. He will probably get muted or smth.

there wasn't any punishment. I didn't ruin anybody's game by cheating or something like that. Also I said I was not going to do it again and I stick by my word. I wont do it anymore.

My comments weren't directed at you. My impression is that you hardly did any of it. It looked to me like the other perpetrator did about 99% of the spamming.
