How do i beat my depression?

@ChristmasHums said ^

Beat? Are you playing chess against it?

My tip would be to scrap the word depression.
It doesn't do anything.

What kind of monster are you?

What I say, is that everyone gets sad sometimes, and sometimes for a long time.
It doesn't help to make it abstract, by calling it "depression".

U know that it is a thing that isnt very nice and good and well ur just a person that doesnt understand what is deppression and why u should atleast try to beat it

Yes, its not nice. I have it too! If you insist. Feeling sad?
Did I say that I never did?
But I did't, cuz I wasn't playing scrabble.
I was a transgalactic flapjack, flying through the skies underneath!

The point being, that anyone has to either be, or create themselves out of trouble.

Last time i being more and more sad and stressed all of getting pressures everywhere.
Waiting from parent support? They just start to get angry and say to me "dont get depressed",how about friends? They just take It as joke and makes fun at me, how about school? No words about it.
I really want to beat it because i starting to thinking to end myself.
I'm doing my best to stopping think about it and relaxing myself.
Is there any ways to beat that depression fast as i can?

listen bud i get you i used to deal with the same thing myself (it still DOES come back that feeling tho soemtimes). one thing i do is write some lyrics in a book about how i truly feel. i read poems as well, some positive ones. this has helped me. and listen, if you wanna talk im right here. try to talk about it to someone maybe. its ok is none of this feels right for you tho. but just know this- you're not alone and youve got all of us lichess forumers right by your side.

it's very disturbing that you sort of deny that it is an actual illness.
