Very cool and lots of potential here. The UI is very nice visually. The quality as others have pointed out can be improved. I just experienced a bug where it selects the piece to the right of the one that I have clicked. A reload fixed it. I am sure there will be great improvements over time and as more eyes view it. Like @DrTomHere 's helpful feedback!

Since it is playing against a bot, it would be nice to be allowed to pause games or go back moves. Or be able to enable/disable those options. It is fun to be able to play timed matches vs a bot. Haven't ever done that before

I had an interesting game against the 600 rated bot, PGN below. I was kind of copying its moves. Maybe it decided it didn't want to play with me.

The tool is poor and hasn't been able to capture what really defines the strenght of a chess player. I am a 1770 Fide rated player and I managed to beat the 2200 model effortlessly. I estimate the real strength of the 2200 elo model to be around 1300, not more than that.

Very cool tool, but I wonder how it determines the white win percentage in the analysis section? I looked at a position I recently had with the benko gambit, and I'm rated around 1800-1900 on lichess. Maia gives white a winrate of 60%, which is nowhere close to the actual winrate white has against the benko gambit.

Go to analysis, download the model (if you didn’t do it before) and just play the moves
