Engine says +0.7, which is likely to be a draw, but could there be a way to force win with white?

The game is equal. But people don’t know the theory of how to play, so they make mistakes.
Your low-rated opponents don't exactly know how to defend themselves. Play this opening.

Black can hold it, but it is very hard.

I found a video GM Igor Smirnov explaining theoretical line of this opening, and white eventually reaches two pawn up endgame, which is winning of white. Was black playing mistakes in the line Igor Smirnov explained? Because you said theoretically it's equal.

"Was black playing mistakes in the line Igor Smirnov explained?"
- Yes 14...Nb6? is a losing mistake. Black should play 14...Kd8 or 14...Ke8.

For you, the theory will end on move 10. Don't compare your games to professionals and engines. You need to learn how to beat equal opponents. I can give you an aggressive branch, where blacks will be confused and will definitely lose. Can you use it in the game?

8.Nc3 This is a standard move with an attack on d5.
8...Nb4 This is also a popular move, defending d5 and at the same time wanting to fork on c2.
9.Qe4!!!!! My secret weapon. The queen defends c2, continues to attack d5, and additionally attacks and pins e5! The queen stands in such a way that not a single black piece can drive her away!
10.a3 drive away the knight
11.d4 12.Bf4 or Nxd5, Super agressive attack! A beginner will never be able to find protection from an attack.

"11.d4 12.Bf4"
- 12...Kf7 should win... for black!
