Why are people in lichess so quiet?

I got muted for talking during my games. Apparently talking is trolling

That`s weird, must be a page mod that doesn’t like you, never seen that, maybe a lichess mod accidentally timed you out

@worldconqueror2013 a lot of the lichess mods are just overly sensitive

I'm with you my man, a bit of chat invigorates the game. Too quite for me on here, but mostly I only chat to people if I'm taking a quick break to get a tea/coffee/snack since I tend to play longer games or telling them they are a... (user Orphan_X was banned for this comment).

Look to join an active team, get yourself involved in that team's activities and you will soon be playing/chatting and enjoying a better Lichess experience.

They talk a lot of gibberish in major tournaments and even more so in broadcasts.

I talk more during a chess game than I can in real life.
