Something I created is now completely out of my control or authority.

I find veganism suspect when people treat it like a religion and try to proselytize me about it.

May I inquire as to what prompted you two good gentlemen to react in a negative way to a harmless joke I just made there?
A joke can make someone laugh, which is a good feeling so, it's essentially a little gift.
So why would you be so rude as to insult my gift, care to explain?
Don't get me wrong, I don't actually mind but I'm genuinely curious.

Imagine the 1.4 billion Indians were to eat 122.8 kg/year meat like the 0.4 billion Americans do instead of 6.63 kg as they now do.
They would eat 232 million cows per year.

That is REALLY a lof of cows
They'd fill up around 50.000 football fields if somebody happened to stuff them all into a lof of football fields

eating meat is okay (feel free to argue)
what we do to the animals is not, if we treated animals with a good life then It is more okay that's why I have chickens to take there eggs instead of bad brands! I love animals and they deserve better standards!

So, what is the argument for veganism, then. I would think there are some good ones, not killing animals does sound like a great start. Let's hear some more good ones.
