It's one thing to eat animals. It's another thing to keep them in concentration camps. I think if you have your own chickens and you slaughter them, or you get meat from someone you know, that you know they are keeping those animals in a humane way, that is very different from eating meat that has come from animals which were kept in awful conditions and thereby encouraging those companies to continue doing so. It is absolutely wrong to treat animals like that.
And yes, animals eat other animals, that's how the world works, but we do not NEED to eat meat, certainly not so much as we do eat, and we are not treating the animals we eat in an ethical manner. Furthermore, such sources are the second-greatest of global greenhouse gas emissions. We have to take care of our planet, or it will not take care of us. if animals are high enough value to not eat them, then they should be good enough to not eat other animals themselves.
An animal *has* to eat other animals to live. We don't.
Though I'm not vegan, using that reasoning to fight against vegan people is stupid.
for humane, i personally dont believe animals go to heavan. if they do, they wont spend their lives ranting on how they died by human.

animals can eat apples, lettuce and kale
Carnivores, such as tigers and lions must eat other animals.
Cows do not eat animals (except by accident).
Animals have specific way they digest things, and so they mostly eat the things they digest. THEY CANNOT CONTROL THIS.
On the other hand, humans are omnivores, and we can eat both meat and other things.
